基于生态视野的高校创新创业教育体系构建研究

摘　　要：当前随着创新驱动发展战略的深入实施,社会对高素质双创人才的需求日益迫切,高校顺应时代要求、响应党的号召,积极开展创新创业教育活动,在此过程中,既注重发挥自身优势,又强调与政府、企业、研究机构等的联动协作,在彼此助力下共同构建了创新创业教育生态系统。随着系统内在要素的有序流动及资源的高效配置,双创人才培育效能不断提升,双创教育逐步实现了高质量的发展态势。为了更好的构建高校创新创业教育体系,首先,要立足创新创业教育生态系统视角推进政府与市场关系的再平衡,其次,要立足高校视角保障和促进生态系统要素的合理有序流动,最后,提出优化双创教育生态系统的策略与建议。With the deepening implementation of the innovation driven development strategy,the demand for high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship talents in society is becoming increasingly urgent.In response to the requirements of the times and the call of the Party,innovation and entrepreneurship education activities should be actively launched.In this process,we not only focus on leveraging their own advantages,but also emphasize the linkage and cooperation with the government,enterprises,research institutions,etc.With mutual assistance,a joint innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem can be established.With the orderly flow of internal elements and efficient allocation of resources in the system,the cultivation efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship talents continues to improve,and innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually achieved a high-quality development trend.This paper will first promote the rebalancing of the relationship between the government and the market from the perspective of the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem,and then safeguard and promote the reasonable and orderly flow of ecosystem elements from the perspective of universities.Finally,it will propose strategies and suggestions for optimizing the innovation and entrepreneurship education ecosystem.
