匠学视野下融合了科学精神的新时代工匠精神

摘　　要：以往对工匠精神的解读既受制于领域与行业的分类限制,尤与科学精神割裂,故而有待于整合当代理论思维积存,从一般工匠学和专业规范理路对此间诸因素之相互关系做系统的学科性阐释,以便发掘本体论、认识论、方法论及价值论等不同审思的共通性,进而显明新时代“技-艺型工匠”之新精神异于前现代“经验型工匠”、现代“技术型工匠”的增质与独特性,以及新工匠精神生发之意序同新工匠之意蕴间相匹配的适切性。The previous interpretations of craftsman spirit are restricted by the classification of fields and industries,especially being separated from the scientific spirit.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the accumulation of contemporary theories and make a systematic and disciplinary interpretation of the interrelationship of various factors in the perspective of general craftsman studies and professional norms,in order to explore the commonalities of two spirits in ontology,epistemology,methodology,and axiology,etc.It further shows that the new enhancement and uniqueness of the"technique-art type craftsman"in the New Era is different from the pre-modern"experience type craftsman"and the modern"technology type craftsman",and discovers the appropriateness for matching the meaning and order of the new craftsman spirit with the implication of the new craftsman.
