摘　　要：目的:调查了武侯区0-36个月儿童对中医药保健的需求现状,并探索了其影响因素,为下一步提供更优质的中医药个性化服务包提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,自行设计调查问卷,问卷内容包括0-36个月儿童家长的基本信息和对于中医药儿童保健的需求相关的信息,然后对前往本社区卫生服务中心的0-36个月儿童家长进行问卷调查。初步了解目前武侯区0-36个月儿童家长对其儿童的中医药保健的需求现况。结果:共收集到322名0-36个月龄儿童家长的问卷,排除无效问卷4份,最终纳入分析318份问卷进行分析。结果发现目前居民对中医药保健的利用率较低,同时发现居民对针灸的利用是最高的。结论:应进一步加强儿童中医药健康保健的宣传,同时大力发展针灸业务,并在此基础上进一步开展新的儿童中医药保健业务。Objective:To investigate the current needs of children aged 0-36 months in Wuhou District for TCM health care,and explore its influencing factors to provide a basis for the next step to provide better personalized service packages of TCM.Methods:A questionnaire survey was used to design the questionnaire.The questionnaire included basic information about the parents of children aged 0-36 months and information related to the needs of Chinese medicine children’s health care.Parents of children conduct questionnaire surveys.Initially understand the current demand for children's Chinese medicine and health care for children from 0 to 36 months in Wuhou District.Results:A total of 322 questionnaires for parents of children aged 0-36 months were collected.Four invalid questionnaires were excluded.Finally,318 questionnaires were included in the analysis.As a result,it is found that the current utilization rate of Chinese medicine and health care by residents is low,and it is found that residents'use of acupuncture is the highest.Conclusion:The promotion of children's Chinese medicine health care should be further strengthened,and the acupuncture business should be vigorously developed,and on this basis,new children's Chinese medicine health care business should be further developed.
