摘　　要：党的百年奋斗征程波澜壮阔,开辟了中国特色社会主义的教育发展道路。在中国共产党的领导下,我国高等教育历经百年风雨的洗礼,在保障高等教育的经费投入政策方面积累了宝贵经验,也取得了独具中国特色的高等教育发展成就,实现了我国高等教育的跨越式发展。在向第二个百年奋斗目标进军的重要历史时刻,面向未来为更好地建设中国特色高等教育强国,我国应进一步拓宽高等教育经费来源渠道,加大力度推进保障高等教育经费投入的立法进程,切实加强对高等教育经费投入的监管,充分重视高等教育经费投入的现实效用。The Party’s century-long journey of struggle has opened up the road of educational development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,China’s higher education has undergone a hundred years of hardship and has accumulated valuable experience in the policy of funding higher education,and has also made achievements in the development of higher education with unique Chinese characteristics and realized the leap-forward development of higher education in China.At this impor⁃tant historical moment of marching towards the second century goal,in order to better build a strong country of higher education with Chinese characteristics in the future,China should further broaden the sources of higher ed⁃ucation funding,make more efforts to promote the legislative process of guaranteeing higher education funding,ef⁃fectively strengthen the supervision of higher education funding,and pay full attention to the real effect of higher education funding.
