摘  要:微塑料污染对地球表层生态系统的威胁并非“微”言耸听,已与全球气候变化和生物多样性丧失并列,成为当前全人类面临的三大地球危机之一。微塑料污染管控和防治受到国际社会高度重视,但其作为新兴的全球环境问题,在防治上仍存在诸多挑战性的科学、技术与管理等问题。本文全面综述环境微塑料全球化分布的状况,详细分析海洋生态系统和陆地(土壤)生态系统中微塑料污染现状,在不同维度和更广视野上提出从“塑”源减量到“塑”战速决的管控策略:即从全生命周期到全流程闭环管理、从多区域合作到全社会公众参与、从基础性研究到寻找关键技术突破口等,旨在为构建健康生态环境和可持续发展、公平合理的全球塑料污染治理体系及有关政策的制定提供参考。The threat of microplastic pollution on ecosystems has attracted great attention from the society.Microplastics in marine and terrestrial(soil)ecosystems have become a hotspot in environmental research areas.However,as an emerging global environmental issue,many challenges are coming from science,technology and management to resolve this kind of pollution.In this paper,we reviewed and analyzed the present situation and impacts of microplastics pollution on eco-environment,and also put forward a series of control strategies,which include three dimensions:from full life-cycle to full closed-loop management,from multi-regional cooperation to public participation,and from basic research to key technology development and application.This study aimed to provide some references for promoting healthy and safe,rational and reasonable,and sustainable management systems and policy-making for the prevention and control of microplastic pollution in regional and global scale.
