摘  要:2020年噪声污染位列中国城市环境四大公害第二位。通过比较2021年和2022年春节期间赤峰市中心城市功能区声环境昼间等效声级和夜间等效声级达标率,并对2年同期昼间等效声级、夜间等效声级进行等级划分,判别春节期间燃放烟花爆竹的社会活动对赤峰市中心城市4个类别功能区的影响。结果表明,禁止燃放烟花可有效提高赤峰市中心城市功能区声环境的达标率,尤其对1类区和2类区影响明显,同时验证新的功能区声环境监测点位布设合理。In 2020,noise pollution ranked second among the top four environmental hazards in Chinese cities.This study compares the compliance rates of daytime equivalent sound levels and nighttime equivalent sound levels in the central urban functional areas of Chifeng during the Spring Festival in 2021 and 2022.It also divides the daytime and nighttime equivalent sound levels during the same period of two years to assess the impact of social activities,such as fireworks and firecracker displays,on the four categories of functional areas in Chifeng's central urban area.The results demonstrate that banning fireworks can effectively improve the compliance rate of the acoustic environment in Chifeng's central urban functional areas,particularly in Class 1 and Class 2 areas.Additionally,the study verifies the rationality of the layout of new acoustic environment monitoring points in the functional areas.
