摘　　要：随着贵州省黔南州独山县经济建设的加速发展,区域正处于工业化、城镇化加速发展阶段。由于目前的经济发展模式较为粗放,工业和农业的布局不尽合理,再加上频繁的自然灾害,其环境安全状况受到了很大的考验。目前贵州省黔南州独山县已进入环境污染事故的高、中发期,为提高环境应急处理能力,减轻环境突发事件污染破坏已刻不容缓。With the accelerated economic development in Dushan County,Qiannan Prefecture,Guizhou Province,the region is currently experiencing rapid industrialization and urbanization.Due to the extensive nature of the current economic development model and the suboptimal distribution of industry and agriculture,coupled with frequent natural disasters,the environmental safety situation is facing significant challenges.Dushan County in Qiannan Prefecture of Guizhou Province has entered a period of high and medium incidence of environmental pollution accidents.It is imperative to enhance environmental emergency response capabilities and mitigate pollution and damages caused by environmental emergencies.
