中国平台型企业价值评估研究回顾与展望

摘　　要：做好平台型企业价值评估是保障我国平台经济平稳发展的重要因素之一。通过运用NoteExpress和CiteSpace软件对中国知网收录的292篇平台型企业价值评估研究的文献进行系统梳理和归纳总结,结果表明:国内平台型企业价值评估研究可分为起步阶段、稳步深入阶段和高速发展阶段3个阶段。国内学者对于平台型企业价值评估这一研究领域的交流沟通较少,需要开展更多的学术交流与合作;已有的研究内容集中在商业模式、价值共创和评估方法上,用户价值和价值共创是当下热点问题,数学模型是常用的定量研究方法;针对现有的量化研究方法存在主观性、学者之间交流不足等问题,未来研究可从以下几个方面深入:探索降低估价模型主观性的方法、挖掘各企业价值影响因素的内在联系、加强学者之间的交流以构建出具有普适性的估价模型。The value evaluation of platform enterprises is one of the important factors to ensure the stable development of China's platform economy.Through the use of NoteExpress and CiteSpace software,this paper systematically sorted out and summarized 292 documents on platform based enterprise value evaluation research collected by CNKI.The results show that domestic platform based enterprise value evaluation research can be divided into three stages:the initial stage,the steady and in-depth stage,and the high-speed development stage;domestic scholars have less communication in the research field of platform enterprise value evaluation,and need more academic exchanges and cooperation;the existing research contents focus on business model,value co creation and evaluation methods,user value and value co creation are hot issues at present,and mathematical models are commonly used quantitative research methods;in view of the subjectivity of the existing quantitative research methods and the lack of communication among scholars,future research can be deepened from the following aspects:exploring methods to reduce the subjectivity of the valuation model,mining the internal relationship of various enterprise value influencing factors,and strengthening the communication between scholars to build a universal valuation model.
