摘　　要：为解决当前房屋建筑中外墙外保温贴砖饰面砖施工中存在的水平裂缝、饰面砖粘贴耐久性差等问题,以某房屋建筑改造项目为例,开展对这一施工工艺通病的治理研究。通过水平裂缝治理、饰面砖粘贴耐久性差治理、外墙外保温贴砖饰面砖后施工空洞补修,提出了一种新的治理方法。通过实例证明,应用新的治理方法和措施后,该施工工艺的通病问题得到了有效解决,且外墙的传热系数降低,有效地提高了外墙保温性能。In order to solve the problems of horizontal cracks and poor durability in the construction technology of facing bricks of exterior wall external insulation tiling in current housing construction,taking a certain building renovation project as an example,research is conducted on the treatment of the common problems in construction technology.A new treatment method is proposed through the treatment of horizontal cracks,the poor durability of facing bricks pasting,and the repair of construction cavities after exterior wall external insulation tiling facing bricks.The example proves that the common problems of the construction technology are effectively solved after the application of new treatment methods and measures,and the heat transfer coefficient of the exterior wall is reduced,which effectively improves the thermal insulation performance of the exterior wall.
