摘 要:就业是最大的民生,高校毕业生是促进就业的重要群体。通过某地方应用型高校S大学学生的调查数据和多项logistic回归模型分析得出:是否为独生子女、生源地、父母受教育程度、就业指导类课程的帮助、职业规划清晰程度、行业发展前景、工作压力、公共资源和社会服务水平、住房价格和人才引进政策了解程度与大学生选择就业城市具有极显著的相关性。为指导学生合理选择就业城市并树立正确的择业观念,建议从推进家校联合,树立正确就业观念;丰富教学模式,提升学生综合素质;强化服务意识,顺应学生多样化需求;加强政策宣传,促进就业工作多元化等方面开展工作,提升学生的就业竞争力。Employment is the biggest livelihood,and college graduates are an important group to promote employment.Based on the survey data and multiple logistic regression models of the students of S University in a local application-oriented university,this paper draws the following conclusion.whether they are the only child,the origin of students,the education level of parents,the help of employment guidance courses,the clarity of career planning,the prospect of industry development,work pressure,public resources and social service level,the housing price and the understanding of talent introduction policy have extremely significant correlation with the choice of employment city for college students.In order to guide students to reasonably choose employment cities and establish correct employment concepts,it is suggested to promote home-school cooperation and establish correct employment concepts;Enrich teaching mode and improve students′comprehensive quality;Strengthen the service consciousness and meet the diverse needs of students;Strengthen policy publicity and promote the diversification of employment work and other aspects of work to improve the employment competitiveness of students.
