摘 要:本文提出充分利用湿法炼锌产出的赤铁矿渣含铁量高的优点,将赤铁矿渣与硫铁矿混合配料,利用流态化焙烧炉进行焙烧产出铁渣的思路。分析赤铁矿渣和硫铁矿流态化焙烧的机理,对焙烧炉本体、除尘及排渣设备进行局部改造,从而满足锌精矿焙烧炉改烧硫铁矿和赤铁矿渣混合料的工况要求,实现锌系统资源的内部协同。利用焙烧炉处理赤铁矿渣和硫铁矿混合物料,可产出含硫量小于0.5%、含铁量大于55%的铁渣,减少吨锌浸出渣回转窑处理量,节约生产成本,具有较好的经济效益。This paper put forward the idea of making full use of the advantages of high iron content of hematite slag produced by zinc hydrometallurgy,mixing hematite slag with pyrite,and using fluidized roasting furnace to produce iron slag.The mechanism of fluidized roasting of hematite slag and pyrite was analyzed,and the roasting furnace body,dust removal and slag discharge equipment were partially reformed,so as to meet the working condition requirements of the zinc concentrate roasting furnace to burn the mixture of pyrite and hematite slag,and realize the internal coordination of zinc system resources.The iron slag with sulfur content less than 0.5%and iron content more than 55%can be produced by using roasting furnace to treat the mixture of hematite slag and pyrite,which can reduce the treatment capacity of rotary kiln per ton of zinc leaching slag,save production cost and have good economic benefits.
