摘  要:文章从某款车型的跑偏现象入手,对跑偏的影响因素进行分析,尤其是对麦弗逊前悬架的螺旋弹簧作用力线对跑偏的影响进行研究。通过计算螺旋弹簧作用力对悬架主销的作用力矩,计算左右弹簧对主销的转向合力矩,并以此作为影响跑偏的设计变量,制定不同的调试件,然后进行实车验证,并最终找到合适的弹簧规格,按此规格制作螺旋弹簧,小批量进行实车验证,最后达到比较好的跑偏合格率的目标,从而解决车辆跑偏问题。Starting from the phenomenon of steering pull in a certain car model,an analysis is conducted on the factors affecting steering pull,especially the impact of the force line of the MacPherson front suspension's coil spring.By calculating the moment of force exerted by the coil spring on the suspension's kingpin,calculating the combined turning moment of the left and right springs on the kingpin,and using this as a design variable affecting steering pull,different adjust⁃ment parts are developed,then verified through actual vehicle testing,and suitable spring specifica⁃tions are found at last.Coil springs are produced according to this specification,and a small batch of actual vehicle testing is carried out to ultimately achieve a relatively good steering pull qualification rate and solve the problem.
