老年人心血管病特点及治疗措施分析

摘　　要：目的分析老年人心血管病特点及治疗措施研究。方法将2021年8月至2022年8月入选的100例患者作为此次研究对象,并根据随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在对照组的基础上采用综合治疗方法。比较两组患者治疗效果、收缩压和血糖指标、血脂指标、生活质量。结果观察组患者治疗效果96.00%,高于对照组80.00%,P<0.05,有统计学意义。治疗前,两组患者收缩压和血糖指标对比,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者收缩压和血糖指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者心理健康、健康状况、物质生活、情感角色、睡眠质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者TG、TC指标低于对照组,观察组患者HDL-C指标高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对老年人心血管病患者采用综合治疗方法可以有效提高治疗效果,改善患者血压、血糖、血脂指标和生活质量,值得推广。Objective To analyze the characteristics and therapeutic measures of cardiovascular disease in the elderly.Methods 100 patients enrolled from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as subjects of this study,and were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received comprehensive treatment based on the control group.The therapeutic effect,systalic pressure,blood glucose index,blood lipid index and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of observation group was 96.00%,higher than that of control group 80.00%,P<0.05,which was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in systalic pressure and blood glucose indexes between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,systalic pressure and blood glucose indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of mental health,health status,material life,emotional role and sleep quality in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TG and TC indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the HDL-C indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive treatment for elderly patients with cardiovascular diseases can effectively improve the therapeutic effect,improve blood pressure,blood sugar,lipid indexes and quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting.
