目标性监测的应用对外科一类手术切口感染的影响

摘　　要：目的评估外科一类手术切口感染中目标性监测的价值。方法于2020年3月至2023年3月以800例外科手术患者(均为一类手术切口)为样本,采用掷骰子的方法为患者分组(常态组、目标组),每组各有400例样本。给予常态组常态性监测,给予目标组目标性监测。评估管理质量,比较切口感染情况,观察伤口愈合情况和恢复指标,调查满意率。结果在切口愈合情况评估中,甲级愈合率在目标组高于常态组,丙级愈合率在目标组低于常态组,P<0.05。统计各组手术患者下床、排气、排便以及切口愈合时间,目标组短于常态组,P<0.05。目标组有0.25%的切口感染率,有15.25%的抗菌药物使用率,均低于常态组(1.75%、29.00%),P<0.05。评估各监测方案满意率,目标组高于常态组,P<0.05。结论目标性监测的预防效果好,将其应用在外科一类手术切口中能有效减少感染时间,缩短切口愈合时间,减少抗菌药物的使用,提高满意度。Objective To evaluate the value of targeted surveillance in primary classⅠsurgical incision infection.Method From March 2020 to March 2023,800 patients with exceptional surgical procedures(all of which were classⅠsurgical incisions)were sampled,and the patients(normal group and target group)were divided into 400 samples by rolling the dice.Provide regular monitoring for the normal group and targeted monitoring for the target group.To evaluate the quality of management and compare the situation of incision infection,observe wound healing and recovery index,investigate the satisfaction rate.Results In the evaluation of incision healing,the grade A healing rate in the target group was higher than that in the normal group,and the grade C healing rate in the target group was lower than that in the normal group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed,exhaust gas,defecation and incision healing in each group were statistically consistent,and the target group was shorter than the normal group,P<0.05.In the target group,the incision infection rate was 0.25%,and the antibiotic utilization rate was 15.25%,both lower than that in the normal group(1.75%,29.00%),P<0.05.The satisfaction rate of each monitoring scheme was evaluated,which was in line with normal distribution,and the target group was higher than the normal group,P<0.05.Conclusion Targeted monitoring has good preventive effect,and its application in classⅠsurgical incision can effectively reduce the infection time,shorten the incision healing time,reduce the use of antibiotics,and achieve high satisfaction.
