摘　　要：目的探讨分析MDT式护理联合正性暗示对急性胆囊炎患者围手术期的护理效果。方法样本对象为88例急性胆囊炎患者,所有患者均在2022年1月至2023年2月期间内在我院接受手术治疗。依据随机数字表法将患者平均分组,即常规护理组和联合护理组,每组各44例。对比护理前后的GQOLI-74、NRS评分、PANAS评分、术后指标及并发症发生率。结果护理前,两组患者的GQOLI-74、NRS评分、PANAS评分无差异性(P>0.05)。护理后,与常规护理组相比,联合护理组患者的NRS评分、负性情绪评分降低而GQOLI-74评分、正性情绪评分明显升高;此外,与常规护理组相比,联合护理组患者术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、住院总时间、术后并发症发生率明显更低,两组对比结果具有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论采取MDT式护理联合正性暗示对围手术期内的急性胆囊炎患者进行干预可有效缩短恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,提高生活质量。Objective To analyze the effects of MDT-style care combined with positive implication on perioperative care in patients with acute cholecystitis.Methods The sample was 88 patients with acute cholecystitis,all of whom received surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to February 2023.Patients were divided into equal groups according to the random number table method,namely usual nursing group and combined nursing group,with 44 cases in each group.GQOLI-74,NRS score,PANAS score,postoperative index and complication rate before and after nursing were compared.Results Before nursing,GQOLI-74,NRS score and PANAS score were not different between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the usual nursing group,the NRS score and negative emotion score of the patients in the combined nursing group were reduced,while the GQOLI-74 score and positive emotion score were significantly increased.In addition,compared with the usual nursing group,the first time out of bed,first exhaust time,total length of hospitalization,and postoperative complication rates were significantly lower in the combined nursing group,and the comparison results between the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking MDT care combined with positive implication can effectively shorten the recovery time,reduce the incidence of complications,and improve the quality of life.
