摘　　要：为进一步提升选煤厂煤泥水处理环节的处理效果,避免环境污染的同时增加选煤厂的效益,以煤泥水处理环节中的核心设备压滤机为研究对象,在对其主要技术参数、结构组成和工作原理分析的基础上,基于FLUENT软件构建仿真模型并完成相关仿真参数的设置,重点对不同入料方式下对应滤室空间内滤饼的形成速度和滤饼的均匀性进行对比,为后续实践生产提供一定的指导。In order to further improve the treatment effect of coal slurry water treatment in coal processing plant,avoid environmental pollution and increase the benefit of coal processing plant,the core equipment of coal slurry water treatment process,filter press,was taken as the object of study,and based on the analysis of its main technical parameters,structural composition and working principle,a simulation model was constructed and relevant simulation parameters were set based on FLUENT software.The simulation model is based on the analysis of the main technical parameters,structural composition and working principle.
