摘 要:针对液压支架在巷道中的特殊工况,为保障其结构的支撑安全性,采用有限元分析方法,利用ANSYS软件建立了液压支架的仿真模型,重点对底座、掩护梁及前连杆在使用中的结构强度进行分析研究,得出:底座的左右侧板和前端加强筋、掩护梁的中部连接板为整个结构中的薄弱部位,前连杆整体结构强度相对较好,掌握了各部件的应力变化规律,从多个方面提出了液压支架的结构性能优化研究。该研究对液压支架的结构性能优化具有重要指导及参考意义。Aiming at the special working conditions of the hydraulic support in the tunnel,in order to ensure the safety of its structural support,the simulation model of the hydraulic support was established by using finite element analysis method and ANSYS software,focusing on the structural strength of the base,the cover beam and the front linkage in the use of analytical research,which concludes that:the left and right side panels of the base and the front reinforcement,the middle connecting plate of the cover beam is the weak part in the structure,the overall structural strength of the front linkage is the weak part,and the overall structural strength of the front linkage is the weak part in the structure.The overall structural strength of the front connecting rod is relatively good,and after grasping the change rule of the stress of each component,the structural performance optimization study of the hydraulic bracket is proposed from various aspects.This is an important guidance and reference significance to guide the optimization of the structural performance of the hydraulic support.
