摘 要:基于影响疲劳强度的主要因素,结合重型刮板输送机圆环链的结构特点,合理构建重型刮板输送机圆环链三维模型,并以此为基础,分别以额定载荷和冲击载荷两种载荷条件进行有限元强度分析,最终发现冲击载荷对圆环链疲劳强度所造成的影响更大。最后,根据工程实践结果对仿真结果进行验证分析,确认有限元强度分析方法的有效性。Based on the main factors affecting the fatigue strength,combined with the structural characteristics of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor circular chain,the three-dimensional model of the heavy-duty scraper conveyor circular chain is reasonably constructed,and based on this,the finite element strength analysis is carried out with the two load conditions of the rated load and the impact load,and it is found that the impact load has a greater impact on the fatigue strength of the circular chain.Finally,the simulation results were verified and analyzed according to the results of engineering practice to confirm the effectiveness of the finite element strength analysis method.
