摘 要:随着科技进步与发展,高产高效矿井对机械化、智能化、信息化的发展提出了更高的要求。减少设备事故和故障,保证设备完好并充分发挥设备效能对提高企业经济效益及社会效益有着极其重要的意义。基于此,与传统的综采工作面供液系统作比较,以煤矿乳化液地面远程集中配液方案的选取作为切入点,从用油量及用水量的计算、水处理相关设备的选型、管路的选型、压损的计算、工作流程描述等方面进行阐述,说明了远程配液系统在煤矿中的必要性。With the progress and development of science and technology,high-production and high-efficiency mines have put forward higher requirements for the development of mechanization,intelligence and information technology.Reducing equipment accidents and failures,ensuring equipment integrity and giving full play to equipment performance is of great importance to improve the economic and social benefits of enterprises.In comparison with the traditional liquid supply system at the comprehensive mining face,the selection of a remote centralised liquid distribution scheme for coal mine emulsions on the ground is used as an entry point to illustrate the necessity of remote liquid distribution systems in coal mines from several aspects,including the calculation of oil and water consumption,the selection of water treatment-related equipment,the selection of piping,the calculation of pressure loss and the description of workflow.
