摘 要:在对煤矿下运带式输送机及托辊进行简要介绍的基础上,充分结合设备的工作特点设计了阻尼托辊。其主要由制动单元构成,制动单元中设置有动摩擦盘和静摩擦盘,当需要对皮带进行制动时,需要控制液压系统,促使两个摩擦盘相互接触并产生摩擦,摩擦力矩会传递到皮带上,实现对皮带的制动。重点对阻尼托辊的支撑结构、密封结构以及制动单元结构进行介绍。将阻尼托辊应用到带式输送机工程实践中,发现阻尼托辊可以有效降低皮带的运行速度,缩短制动时间,保障下运带式输送机的安全稳定运行,具有很好的安全效益。On the basis of brief introduction to the belt conveyor and rollers for downstream transportation in coal mines,the damping rollers are designed by fully combining the working characteristics of the equipment.It is mainly composed of a braking unit,the braking unit is set up with a dynamic friction disk and a static friction disk,when the belt needs to be braked,it is necessary to control the hydraulic system to promote the two friction disks to contact each other and produce friction,the friction torque will be transferred to the belt to realize the braking of the belt.The support structure,sealing structure and braking unit structure of the damping roller are introduced.The damping roller is applied to the belt conveyor engineering practice,and after the field trial test,it is found that the damping roller can effectively reduce the running speed of the belt,shorten the braking time,and guarantee the safe and stable operation of the downstream belt conveyor,which has a good safety benefit.
