摘 要:为解决传统风量测定方式效率低、精度低的问题,在对静压、动压以及风速等风量测定方法研究的基础上,提出采用扫风装置并基于动压方法对风量进行测定的思路,重点完成了旋转部分和直线传动部分的设计,以保证对风量测定的全面性和对巷道的适应能力。通过实践表明,所设计的扫风装置可实现对风量高精度、高自动化的测定。In order to solve the problems of low efficiency and low precision of the traditional method of measuring air volume,based on the research of the methods of measuring air volume,including static pressure,dynamic pressure and wind speed,the idea of using a wind sweeping device and measuring air volume based on the dynamic pressure method is proposed,focusing on the design of the rotating part and the linear drive part,thus ensuring the comprehensiveness of the measurement of air volume and the adaptability to the tunnel.The design of the air sweeping device shows that it is possible to achieve high accuracy and automation in the determination of air flow.
