摘 要:基于掘进工作面带式输送机在运输煤矸时出现跑偏现象,输送机纠偏效果差且机尾移动难度大等问题,雁崖煤业公司机电科通过技术研究,对传统带式输送机进行优化改进,设计了一套机尾防跑偏拉紧装置。分析了该装置结构组成,并通过实际应用效果来看,该装置投入使用后大大降低了带式输送机跑偏事故率,降低了带式输送机移尾难度,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the problems that the belt conveyor in the digging face has runaway phenomenon when transporting coal gangue,and the poor effect of conveyor deflection and the dificulty of moving the tail of the conveyor,the Mechanical and Electrical Section of Yangya Coal Industry Company optimized and improved the traditional belt conveyor through technical research,and designed a set of anti-runaway tensioning device for the tail of the belt conveyor.The structural composition of the device was analyzed,and through the practical application effect,the device was put into use to greatly reduce the belt conveyor runout accident rate,reduce the dificulty of moving the tail of the belt conveyor,and achieved significant application results.
