掘进巷道除尘风幕定向集尘装置应用

摘　　要：基于307运输顺槽掘进时传统局部通风机通风除尘效果差的问题,长春兴煤矿通过技术研究,决定对巷道内安装除尘风幕定向集尘装置,分析了该装置结构组成以及工作原理。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置应用后提高了巷道除尘效果,巷道粉尘质量浓度由84 mg/m^(3)降低至9 mg/m^(3),能见度由不足15 m提高至50 m,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the poor effect of dust removal by traditional local ventilation fan during the tunneling of 307 transport chute,and the visibility of the tunnel is less than 15 m.In response,Changchunxing Coal Mine decided to install dust removal air curtain directional dust collection device in the tunnel through technical research,and analyzed the structural composition and working principle of the device.The application of the device has improved the dust removal effect in the roadway,reducing the dust concentration in the roadway to 9 mg/m^(3) and improving the visibility to 50 m.This has achieved significant results.
