摘　　要：利用离心泵叶轮切割理论降低泵的扬程,利用流体节流降压原理改善泵的机械密封运行环境,延长机械密封寿命。根据现场实际情况,通过分析找到改造办法,使闲置设备得以再次利用,泵的机封使用寿命得到提升,降低了出口压力后,保证了压滤机的安全稳定运行。The use of centrifugal pump impeller cutting theory to reduce the head of the pump,the use of fluid throtling principle of pressure reduction to improve the operating environment of the pump's mechanical seals to extend the life of mechanical seals.According to the actual situation on the spot,through the analysis to find the transformation method,so that the idle equipment can be used again,the pump mechanical seal service life has been improved,after reducing the outlet pressure,to ensure the safe and stable operation of the filter press.
