摘　　要：基于活性炭厂传统炭化炉在使用过程中出现炉温高、损料严重、炭化料堵塞等技术难题,严重影响着活性炭厂安全稳定生产的问题,金鼎活性炭山西有限公司通过技术研究,详细分析了传统炭化炉存在的主要问题,并根据生产现状对其进行优化改进。通过实际应用效果来看,炭化炉优化改进后生产的炭化料质量稳定,粒度均匀,取得了显著的应用成效。Based on the technical problems of high furnace temperature,serious material loss and clogging of charring material in the use of traditional charring furnace in activated carbon plants,which seriously affect the safe and stable production of activated carbon plants,Jinding Activated Carbon Shanxi Company Limited has analyzed the main problems of traditional charring furnace in detail through technical research and optimized and improved it according to the current production situation.The charring material produced by the improved charring furnace is of stable quality and uniform particle size,and the caking rate of the charring material has been reduced,which has achieved remarkable application results.
