摘 要:一般皮带运输机清理装置采用刮刀清理的方式,清理效果一般而且会影响到皮带运输机的输送效率,干扰运输机传动运行。基于此,通过设计一种底皮带黏结煤块清理装置对原有皮带运输机刀片式清理装置进行优化改进,对皮带下部以及侧边上黏结煤体进行清理。经现场试测发现,改装装置能够解决运输机输送作业过程中的煤块黏结问题,极大提高了皮带运输机的作业效率,同时延长了皮带运输机皮带的使用寿命,值得推广应用。The general belt conveyor cleaning device adopts the scraper cleaning method,which has a general cleaning effect and affects the conveying efficiency of the belt conveyor and interferes with the transmission operation of the conveyor.Therefore,through the design of a bottom belt bonded coal cleaning device on the original belt conveyor blade cleaning device optimization and improvement of the lower part of the belt as well as the side of the bonded coal body cleaning.After the field trial test found that the modified device can solve the problem of coal bonding during the conveyor conveying operation,greatly improving the operating efficiency of the belt conveyor,and at the same time extend the service life of the belt conveyor belt,it is worth promoting the application.
