摘  要:对矿井机械部件和设备进行频繁、准确的检查是必不可少的,由于故障会造成计划外的停机现象,面临大量的经济损失,严重的还会威胁到工人的生命。基于此,对目前的带式输送机滚筒检测技术进行了分析,并给出了一种利用热像仪测量滚筒故障的新方法。工程试验的初步结果显示,采用信号处理技术可以对滚筒的故障进行自动判别。同时,设计并开发了一套后端监控平台,其能够与矿山企业进行实时和云端的联网。Frequent and accurate inspection of mine mechanical components and equipment is essential,as these failures can cause unplanned downtime phenomena,face substantial economic losses and,in serious cases,threaten the lives of workers.Based on this,current belt conveyor roller inspection techniques are analysed and a new method for measuring rollers using thermal imaging cameras is given.Preliminary results from engineering trials show that the use of signal processing technology enables the automatic discrimination of roller faults.At the same time,a back-end monitoring platform is designed and developed,which is capable of real-time and cloud-based networking with mining companies.
