摘 要:随着矿井提升机载荷的逐渐增加,钢丝绳在加载运行时的振动非常明显,严重影响了罐笼的平稳运行。基于此,通过对矿井提升机钢丝绳振动特性进行研究,提出了一种基于机器视觉的钢丝绳振动检测方法,通过现场布置传感器进行试验。应用结果表明,基于视觉的钢丝绳振动检测方法可以在线对钢丝绳进行检测,结果误差非常小,检测结果准确,误判率低。该套技术方案对于保证矿山提升机的稳定运行具有重要研究意义和参考价值。With the gradual increase of the load of the mine hoist,the vibration of the wire rope during loading operation is very obvious,which seriously affects the smooth operation of the cage.Therefore,by studying the vibration characteristics of the wire rope of the mine hoist,a machine vision-based wire rope vibration detection method is proposed,and the test is carried out through the on-site arrangement of sensors,and the results show that this set of vision-based wire rope vibration detection method can be used to detect the wire rope on-line,and the resultant error is very small,and the detection results are accurate,with a low rate of misjudgement,and this set of technological solutions is important for ensuring that the mine hoist's This set of technical solutions for ensuring the stable operation of mine hoist has important research significance and reference value.
