摘 要:为进一步提升煤矿工作面生产的自动化水平,以MLG25.5-8/160G型空压机为研究对象,在对其进行简单概述的基础上,针对空压机的综合保护提出了控制系统的设计原则和相关技术指标要求,确定采用以PLC控制器为核心的分布式控制方式对空压机进行综合保护,并完成了关键硬件的选型设计,最后对所设计的综保系统进行实验室和现场调试,实现对设备安全、稳定运行的自动化、实时保护。In order to further improve the automation level of coal mine working face production,the design principle of control system and related technical index requirements are proposed for the comprehensive protection of air compressor based on a brief overview of the model MLG25.5-8/160G air compressor,and the distributed control method with PLC controller as the core is determined for the comprehensive protection of air compressor,and the selection design of key hardware is completed.Finally,the designed comprehensive protection system was tested in the laboratory and field to achieve automatic and real-time protection for the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
