综放工作面超前自移垛式支架在松软底板顺槽的应用

摘　　要：柳湾矿31125综放工作面底板岩性为松软的铝土,具备松软、承载能力低及遇水容易膨胀等问题,采面材巷采用传统的单体+铰接顶梁方式进行超前支护,虽可满足超前支护段围岩控制需要,但是存在劳动强度大、单体钻底及自动化程度低等问题,无法适应31125综放工作面快速推进需要。基于此,提出将超前自移垛式支架应用到31125材料巷超前支护中。现场应用后,超前自移垛式支架在围岩控制效果、降低工作人员劳动强度及降低支护成本等方面表现出较好的应用效果,可满足31125综放工作面快速推进需要。The lithology of the bottom slab of 31125 workings in Liuwan Mine is soft bauxite,which has problems such as softness,low bearing capacity and easy swelling when encountering water.31125 header workface rapid advancement needs.Based on this,it is proposed to apply the overrunning self-shifting pallet type bracket to the overrunning support of 31125 material road.After application on site,the overrunning self-shifing pallet type bracket showed good results in terms of controlling the surrounding rock,reducing the labour intensity of staff and reducing the cost of support,which can meet the needs of fast advancement of 31125 workings.
