摘 要:针对山西某矿井掘进过程中面对各种煤柱及地质变化情况采用相对固定的支护方式,未能有效协调两帮收敛量和支护强度过大的问题,提出近距离煤层小煤柱巷道掘进期间的差异化支护方案。该方案通过调整帮部锚索布置实现对顶板压力及两帮收敛情况的有效控制,回采期间配合单体支柱进行密集支护缓解顶板压力及两帮收敛情况,有效实现了帮部的差异化支护。In response to the problem that the relatively fixed support method is not effective in coordinating the convergence of the two gangs and the excessive support strength in the face of various coal pllars and geological changes during the excavation of a mine in Shanxi,a differentiated support scheme is proposed for the excavation of small coal pillar roadways in close coal seams.The solution achieves effective control of roof pressure and convergence of the two gangs by adjusting the arrangement of anchor ropes in the gang section,and relieves the roof pressure and convergence of the two gangs by combining with monolithic pillars for intensive support during the recovery period,which effectively achieves the differentiated support of the gang section.
