摘 要:巷道掘进过断层是矿山生产的重点安全问题,以王庄矿8107工作面运输巷为研究对象,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测方法,对王庄矿巷道过断层失稳原因及支护技术展开研究。结果表明:巷道掘进断层区域附近围岩破碎,掘进扰动诱发断层滑移,加剧巷道的变形破坏;提出采用主动支护+补强支护的巷道过断层支护技术控制巷道掘进过断层;应用该支护方案后,降低了安全风险,巷道掘进期间现场实测断面收敛率为5.17%。Roadway excavation over faults is a key safety issue in mine production.Taking the transportation roadway of 8107 working face in Wangzhuang Mine as the research object,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and on-site measurement methods were used to study the causes of destabilization of roadway over faults in Wangzhuang Mine and the support technology.The results show that:the roadway excavation fault area near the surrounding rock fragmentation,excavation disturbance induced fault slip,exacerbating the deformation of the roadway damage;proposed the use of active support plus reinforcement support roadway over fault support technology to control the roadway excavation over the fault;the application of the support program reduces the risk of safety,the roadway excavation during the field measurement of the convergence rate of section is 5.17%.
