摘 要:研究了氯乙烯中氯甲烷、氯乙烷、丁二烯对聚合过程和聚氯乙烯树脂性能的影响,结果表明:随着氯乙烯中氯甲烷含量的增加,聚合时间有一定程度的延长,聚氯乙烯树脂老化白度呈降低趋势,颗粒形态变差,聚合度降低;随着氯乙烯中氯乙烷含量的增加,聚合时间延长,聚氯乙烯树脂聚合度降低,“鱼眼”增加,表观密度降低;随着氯乙烯中丁二烯含量的增加,聚合时间大幅延长。The effects of chloromethane,chloroethane and butadiene in vinyl chloride on the polymerization process and on the properties of PVC resin were studied.The results showed that with the increase in chloromethane content in vinyl chloride,the polymerization time was prolonged to a certain extent,the aging whiteness of PVC resin was reduced,the particle morphology became worse,and the polymerization degree was reduced.With the increase in chloroethane content in vinyl chloride,the polymerization time was prolonged,the degree of polymerization of PVC resin was decreased,the"fish eye"was increased,and the apparent density was decreased.With the increase in butadiene content in vinyl chloride,the polymerization time was significantly prolonged.
