摘  要:目的 分析2020-2021年四川省棘球蚴病中间宿主监测结果,为后续棘球蚴病防控提供参考。方法 2020-2021年,在四川省细粒棘球蚴病流行县每县调查本县饲养的牛50头/300头或羊100只/300只,多房棘球蚴病流行县每县调查小型哺乳类动物至少500只。触检/剖检中间宿主脏器,并提取病灶基因组DNA,进行PCR复核。分别根据剖检结果及PCR复核结果计算棘球蚴感染率。率的95%置信区间采用Clopper&Pearson精确法进行计算。感染率的差异采用χ^(2)检验进行分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2020年,四川省及甘孜州、阿坝州、雅安市、凉山州家畜PCR检测细粒棘球蚴感染率分别为0.21%(95%CI:0.12%~0.35%)、0.03%(95%CI:0~0.19%)、0.41%(95%CI:0.23%~0.69%)、0(95%CI:0~0.61%)、0(95%CI:0~1.05%)。2021年,四川省及甘孜州、阿坝州、雅安市、凉山州家畜PCR检测细粒棘球蚴感染率分别为0.59%(95%CI:0.43%~0.78%)、0.87%(95%CI:0.59%~1.25%)、0.49%(95%CI:0.29%~0.76%)、0(95%CI:0~0.61%)和0(95%CI:0~1.05%)。2021年甘孜州家畜PCR检测细粒棘球蚴感染率高于2020年,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.84,P<0.001),2020年与2021年阿坝州家畜PCR检测细粒棘球蚴感染率差异无统计学意义。2020、2021年四川省小型哺乳类动物PCR检测未见多房棘球蚴感染。结论 2020-2021年四川省多房棘球蚴病流行风险较低,细粒棘球蚴病流行风险基本呈稳定趋势。Objective To analyze the surveillance results of the intermediate hosts of Echinococcosis in Sichuan Province from 2020 to 2021,and to provide reference for subsequent Echinococcosis prevention and control.Methods From 2020 to 2021,a total of 50/300 cattle or 100/300 sheep raised in each county of Echinococcosis endemic counties in Sichuan Province were investigated,and at least 500 small mammals were investigated in each multilocular Echinococcus endemic county.Intermediate host organs were inspected by means of palpation/necropsy,and genomic DNA of hydatid lesions was extracted for PCRR(polymerase chain reaction)review.The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus metacestodes was calculated based on the results of palpation/necropsy and PCR review,respectively.The 95%confidence interval(CI)of the rate was calculated by the Clopper&Pearson exact method.The difference of infection rate was analyzed by Chi-square test.And the difference was considered to be statistically significant when P<0.05.Results In 2020,the infection rates of Echinococcus granulosus metacestodes by PCR of Sichuan Province,Ganzi Prefecture,Aba Prefecture,Yaan City and Liangshan Prefecture were 0.21%(95%CI:0.12%-0.35%),0.03%(95%CI:0-0.19%),0.41%(95%CI:0.23%-0.69%),0(95%CI:0-0.61%),0(95%CI:0-1.05%),respectively.While in 2021,the rates were 0.59%(95%CI:0.43%-0.78%),0.87%(95%CI:0.59%-1.25%),0.49%(95%CI:0.29%-0.76%),0(95%CI:0-0.61%),0(95%CI:0-1.05%),respectively.The infection rate of Echinococcus granulosus metacestodes in livestock detected by PCR in Ganzi Prefecture in 2021 was higher than that in 2020,and the difference was statistically significanItt(χ^(2)=22.84,P<0.001).While there was no statistically significant difference inthe infection rateeof Echinococcus granulosus metacestodes in livestock by PCR in Aba Prefecture.No Echinococcus multilocular metacestodes s were detected by means of PCR in small mammals in Sichuan Provinceein neither 2020nor 2021.Conclusions The epidemic risk of multilocular Echinococcosis was low in Sichuan Provin
