摘 要:目的 分析2021年南充市环境γ辐射水平及居民受照剂量,了解变化趋势。方法 采用环境γ辐射剂量仪对南充市所有乡镇环境γ剂量率进行测量,按联合国原子辐射效应科学委员会(UNSCEAR)所采用的天然辐射所致公众外照射剂量计算公式进行居民受照剂量估算,所得数据采用SPSS 27.0软件进行统计分析,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2021年共监测1 263个点,其中室外726个点,室内537个点,室外环境γ剂量率范围为(30.6~136.7)nGy/h,均值为66.0 nGy/h;室内环境γ剂量率范围为(59.0~123.4)nGy/h,均值为93.9 nGy/h;室内外均值比值为1.42。与2014年相比,室外环境γ剂量率均值明显提高(t=3.892,P<0.001)。不同区县、不同类型地点间的环境γ剂量率均不同。经估算,人均年有效剂量当量为0.54 m Sv/a,集体年有效剂量当量为3 466.9人·Sv/a。结论 南充市环境γ辐射水平处于天然放射性本底范围内,对居民健康没有显著影响,适宜居住。Objective To analyze the gamma radiation levels of environment and residents'exposure dose in Nanchong City 2021,and to understand the change trend.Methods Environmentalgamma radiation dosimeter was used to measure the dose rate of gamma radiation in the environment of all townships of Nanchong City.The exposure dose of residentss was estimated according to the calculation formula of public external exposure dose caused by natural radiation adopted by the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation(UNSCEAR).SPSS 27.0 was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data,and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results A total of 1263 sites were monitored in 2021,which including 726 outdoor and 537 indoor sites.The outdoor gamma dose rate range was(30.6-136.7)nGy/h,with an average of 66.0 nGy/h.The indoor gamma dose rate rangewas(59.0-123.4)nGy/h,with an average of 93.9 nGy/h.The mean indoor-outdoor ratio was 1.42.Compared with 2014,the mean of dose rate of gamma on the outdoor was significantly higher(t=3.892,P<0.001).There were statistically significant differences in the gamma dose rate of environment among different districts,and different types of locations.It was estimated that the individual annual effective dose was equivalent to 0.54mSv/a,and the collective annual effective dose was equivalent to 3466.9 person.Sv/a.Conclusions The gamma radiation levels of environment in Nanchong city is within the natural radioactive background and it has no significant effect on the health of residents,and it is suitable for living.
