摘 要:随着大量的电动汽车充电桩安装在低压配电网,准确监测电动汽车的可充电裕量对配电网安全运行十分重要。现有台区电动汽车可充电裕量的评估方法尚未考虑配电网N-1安全准则,无法兼顾多个台区电动汽车充电情况对中压配电网安全的交互影响,导致难以指导全局性的配电网安全性分析。提出一种计及N-1安全准则的配电台区电动汽车可充电裕量可视化监测方法,基于配电安全域理论,以电动汽车功率为视角观测安全域,实现配电台区电动汽车可充电裕量的可视化监测。所提方法可为配电网接纳大规模电动汽车安全充电提供技术支撑。As a large number of electric vehicles charging piles are installed in low-voltage distribution network,accurate monitoring of EV charging margin is very important for the safe operation of distribution network.Existing assessment methods of EV charging margin have not taken into account the distribution network N-1 security criterion andconsider the interactive influence of EV charging conditions in multiple distribution transformer service area on medium-voltage distribution network security,which makes it difficult to guide the overall distribution network security analysis.This paper proposes a visual monitoring method of EV charging margin in distribution area,which takes N−1 security criterion into consideration.Based on the distribution network security region(DSSR)theory,the visual monitoring of EV charging margin in distribution area is realized by observing the security region from the perspective of EV power.The proposed method can provide technical support for safe charging of large-scale electric vehicles in distribution network.
