摘 要:面对可靠性提升的迫切需求,智能分布式自愈控制系统作为配电网的重要“免疫系统”将逐渐广泛应用,针对功能测试和入网检测的需求将日益增长。通过在实验室搭建真实的配电测试系统的方式,虽然能够保证测试的准确性,但存在可测试网架单一、造价贵、效率低和有潜在危险的缺点。基于半实物硬件在环实时仿真的技术思路,提出了一种基于RTLAB的智能分布式自愈控制系统测试技术,可根据需要更改配电网的网架结构及运行方式。以双环网为例,对实际的自愈终端进行联调测试,实现了自愈控制系统在故障处置和自愈能力方面的测试验证,验证了所提技术方法的有效性和实用性。所提技术方法可方便地将智能分布式自愈终端等设备部署安装到各类网架结构的配电网现场,针对其故障自愈功能进行有效检测,从而提升配电设备可靠性和配电自动化水平。With the urgent need for reliability improvement,the intelligent distributed self-healing control system will gradually be widely used as an important"immune system"of the distribution network,and the demand for its functional test and network access detection will increase.Although the accuracy of the test can be guaranteed by building a real power distribution test system in the laboratory,there are some shortcomings such as single testable grid,high cost,low efficiency and potential danger.In this paper,based on the technical idea of real time simulation of semi-physical hardware in the loop,an intelligent distributed selfhealing control system detection method based on RTLAB is proposed.Through this technology,the structure and operation mode of distribution network can be changed according to needs.Taking the double-ring network as an example,the actual self-healing terminals are tested in conjunction with each other,which realizes the testing and verification of the self-healing control system in terms of fault disposal and self-healing ability,and verifies the validity and practicability of the proposed technology and method.The application or simple extension of the technology and method proposed in this paper can facilitate the effective detection of the self-healing function of the single terminal and other devices before they are deployed and installed in the distribution network of various grid structures,so as to improve the reliability of the distribution equipment and the automation level of the distribution network.
