摘　　要：总结1例先天性右位主动脉弓并发食管癌患者术后发生感染性休克合并早期吻合口瘘的护理经验。术后积极落实感染性休克及吻合口瘘的护理,对症处理,制定个性化的护理方案。经过精心的治疗和护理,患者于术后19d治愈出院。To summarize the nursing experience of one patient with congenital right aortic arch complicated with esophageal cancer who developed septic shock and early anastomotic leakage after operation.Postoperative care for septic shock and anastomotic fistula was actively implemented with symptomatic treatment and an personalized nursing plan was formulated.After careful treatment and nursing,the patient was cured and discharged 19 days after operation.
