摘　　要：电网是国家经济发展和社会进步的基石,而我国配电网数字化系统的建设尚有很大空间。针对这一问题,以10 kV配电网为例,分析配电网发生故障的类型、产生原因以及带来的危害,阐述当前配电网自动化系统对数字化建设的需求,并结合功能需求对数字化系统的设计原则、设计原理、系统组成等提出一些建议。Power grid is the cornerstone of national economic development and social progress,but there is still a lot of room for the construction of digital system of distribution network in China,in view of this problem,this paper takes 10 kV distribution network as an example to first analyze the type,cause and harm of distribution network failure.The demand for digital construction of the current distribution network automation system is analyzed.Some advice are put forward on the design principles,design principles,and system composition of digital systems based on functional requirements.
