职业学院基础课教师教学创新团队建设的思考

摘　　要：职业院校基础课教师教学创新团队建设在实施质量工程、提高教学质量和特色专业建设中起着积极的、决定性重要作用,是促进教师专业发展、创新特色专业建设的动力源泉。基础课是专业课建设的基础,如何使基础课成功地为专业课建设提供助力,便是当下基础课教师教学创新团队需要解决的问题。本论文以国家相关政策为理论依托,探究基础课教师教学创新团队建设目前面临的困境,研究探索出改革方案,从而培育师德师风高尚、善于教学改革创新的团队精神,构建基础学科科学合理的团队结构,确立清晰的发展目标,为职业院校基础课教师教学创新团队建设指出方向。The construction of teachers'teaching innovation team of basic courses in vocational colleges plays a positive and decisive role in implementing quality projects,improving teaching quality and constructing characteristic specialties,and is the power source of promoting teachers'professional development and innovating characteristic specialties.The basic course is the foundation of the construction of specialized courses.How to make the basic course successfully provide help for the construction of specialized courses is the problem that the teaching innovation team of the basic course teachers needs to solve.Based on the theories of relevant national policies,this paper explores the current difficulties faced by the construction of teaching innovation team for teachers of basic courses,studies and explores the reform plan,so as to cultivate the team spirit of noble teacher ethics and good teaching reform and innovation,build a scientific and reasonable team structure of basic disciplines,and establish clear development goals.It points out the direction for the construction of basic course teachers'teaching innovation team in vocational colleges.
