大学生志愿活动参与对其道德发展的实证研究

摘　　要：本研究依据案例高校学生数据,引用道德判断测验(Moral Judgment Test,简称MJT)量表测量大学生的道德判断能力。调查数据显示:大学生参与志愿活动和道德发展有密切关系,前者对后者有显著的积极影响,在不同的学生群体之间这种影响存在显著性差异。此外,本研究提出构建基于志愿活动参与的大学生道德品质发展体系,此体系主要关注大学生志愿活动参与动机、不同群体的学生参与志愿活动以及志愿活动参与的深入度和持久性,使得更多学生从中切实收获道德层面甚至是个体的全面发展。This paper explores volunteering involvement and its effects on college students'moral development using datasets from student survey in a Chinese university.The main empirical results are as follows:first,85%of students have been involved in volunteering.Comparatively,those students,such as female students,freshmen,art students,students with better academic performances,student leaders,are more likely to participate in volunteering than others.Second,there are remarkable positive effects of volunteering involvement on college students'moral development,and there is significant difference in the positive effects among students with different backgrounds.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes to build a moral quality development system for college students based on voluntary participation.
