摘　　要：案例教学是提升药学专业学位研究生创新和实践能力教育中重要的教学方法。为提高青岛大学药学院药学专业学位研究生的教学质量,培养药学特色专业研究人才,促进药学实践的开展,青岛大学药学院天然药物与生药学教研室结合国内外的成功经验,构建了包含10个典型案例的天然活性先导化合物发现模式教学案例库,以期通过药学研究文献实例评价及小组讨论加深学生理解并掌握天然产物的研究方法。本文对天然活性先导化合物发现模式教学案例库的构建进行了研究,提出了案例库需要优化改进的建议,为药学专业学位研究生案例教学提供实践经验。Case teaching is a commonly used teaching method to improve the innovation and practice abilities of postgraduate students in pharmacy.To improving the teaching quality and cultivating professionals of pharmacy,the course case library of discovering bioactive natural lead compounds containing ten classic cases was constructed by department of Natural Medicine and Pharmacognosy,school of pharmacy,Qingdao university.Further,the purpose of this study was to deepen students'understanding and mastery of natural product research methods through pharmaceutical research literature cases and group discussion.In this paper,the construction of the course case library of discovering bioactive natural lead compounds was studied,and the suggestions for improving the case base were put forward,so as to provide practical experience for the case teaching of pharmaceutical professional degree graduate students.
