摘　　要：在我国房屋建筑的地下室结构建设中,防水性能直接影响到人们的居住使用体验。文章以某住宅工程为例,分析了地下室顶板防水施工技术,深入探讨了地下室后浇带防水施工技术,以提高防水施工质量,延长地下室使用寿命。In the basement structure construction of housing construction in China,the waterproof performance directly affects people's living experience.Taking a residential project as an example,this paper analyzes the waterproof construction technology of the basement roof,and deeply discusses the waterproof construction technology of the basement post cast strip,so as to improve the waterproof construction quality and prolong the service life of the basement.
