现代化建筑工程施工管理中的创新举措分析

摘　　要：现代化建筑工程的作业强度、技术标准、施工观念等都发生了巨大变化,传统的施工管理措施已经无法满足现代化建筑工程的建设需求,因此建筑企业需要优化和创新建筑工程施工中的管理模式以及施工标准。基于此,文章分析了现代建筑工程施工管理中的不足,并从摒弃落后经验、完善施工管理体系、重视施工管理工作、加强对新技术以及新观念等方面对现代化建筑工程施工管理提出建议,希望能为相关管理人员提供一些新思路。The operational intensity,technical standards,and construction concepts of modern construction projects have undergone significant changes.Traditional construction management measures are no longer able to meet the construction needs of modern construction projects.Therefore,construction enterprises need to optimize and innovate management models and construction standards in construction projects.Based on this,the article analyzes the shortcomings in modern construction project construction management,and puts forward suggestions for modern construction project construction management from aspects such as abandoning outdated experience,improving construction management system,emphasizing construction management work,and strengthening the understanding of new technologies and concepts.It is hoped that this can provide some new ideas for relevant management personnel.
