摘　　要：近年来,在城市基础设施建设中,BT模式已经成为一种被广泛采用的投融资方式。文章介绍了BT模式、工程造价以及工程造价管理等基本概念,阐述了BT项目建设工程造价管理的现状及问题,结合具体案例提出了加强BT项目建设工程造价管理的建议措施。In recent years,in the construction of urban infrastructure,BT mode has become a widely used way of investment and financing.This paper introduces the basic concepts of BT mode,project cost and project cost management,expounds the current situation and problems of BT project construction project cost management,and puts forward suggestions and measures to strengthen BT project construction project cost management combined with specific cases.
