摘　　要：网络计划技术的高速发展扩大了其在建筑施工管理中的应用范围,建筑企业的施工质量因此得到了提高,促使建筑企业获得更多收益,得到较快发展。但建筑企业施工管理网络计划技术的应用还存在问题,对建筑企业的发展产生不利影响。因此,建筑企业需采取完善的施工管理制度,加强网络计划技术的应用等有效解决策略。基于此,文章探究了网络计划技术在建筑施工管理中的应用,分析了建筑施工管理中网络计划技术的应用问题,制定了相应的加强策略。The rapid development of network planning technology has expanded its scope of application in construction management,and the construction quality of construction enterprises has been improved,which promotes construction enterprises to obtain more benefits and develop rapidly.However,there are still problems in the application of construction management network planning technology in construction enterprises,which has a negative impact on the development of construction enterprises.Therefore,construction enterprises need to take effective solutions such as improving the construction management system and strengthening the application of network planning technology.Based on this,this paper explores the application of network planning technology in construction management,analyzes the application problems of network planning technology in construction management,and formulates the corresponding strengthening strategies.
