乡村振兴战略下雅鲁藏布江贡嘎段流域水土保持策略探讨

摘　　要：乡村振兴战略是党的十九大提出的重要战略,水土保持是保障农业生产发展、改善农村人居环境、促进农民增产增收的基础工作和有效途径。雅鲁藏布江贡嘎段流域水土流失严重,在该流域采取合理的水土保持策略防治水土流失是实现当地生态振兴的重要环节。基于此,阐述了乡村振兴下研究区水土保持的作用,提出了乡村振兴战略下雅鲁藏布江贡嘎段流域可采取的水土保持策略,为雅鲁藏布江贡嘎段流域水土保持提供策略参考。The rural revitalization strategy is an important strategy proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Soil and water conservation is the fundamental work and effective way to ensure the development of agricultural production,improve rural living environment,and promote farmers’increase in production and income.The Gongga section of the the Yarlung Zangbo River has serious water and soil loss.Taking reasonable water and soil conservation strategies to prevent and control water and soil loss in this basin is an important link to achieve local ecological revitalization.Based on this,expounded the role of soil and water conservation in the study area under the strategy of rural revitalization,put forward the soil and water conservation strategies that can be adopted in the Gongga section of the the Yarlung Zangbo River under the strategy of rural revitalization,and provides strategic reference for soil and water conservation in the Gongga section of the the Yarlung Zangbo River.
