基于情感体验理论的老年人智能电视界面交互设计策略研究

摘　　要：当前我国养老问题严峻,智能电视作为老年家庭娱乐活动的重要媒介,却因界面信息繁多、操作层级复杂、良性互动缺乏等问题导致了老年用户群体的交互体验欠佳。因此本文从情感体验理论视角出发,通过针对老年用户群体的智能电视界面交互设计策略,优化老年人的智能电视使用体验,同时帮助拓展智能电视的发展空间。本文通过情感体验的3个层次:本能、行为、反思深入剖析了当前智能电视在交互层面存在的不足,并在此基础上得出了提升老年人智能电视交互体验的3条设计策略:生理匹配机制促进反馈引导、建立工作记忆减轻用户逻辑负担、情感化原则提升用户满意度。At present,the problem of elderly care in China is severe.As an important medium for family entertainment activities for the elderly,smart TV leads to the poor interaction experience of the elderly users due to the problems of various interface information,complex operation level and lack of benign interaction.Therefore,from the perspective of emotional experience theory,this paper optimizes the elderly smart TV use experience of the elderly through the smart TV interface interaction design strategy for the elderly users,and helps to expand the development space of smart TV.In this paper through the three levels of emotional experience,from instinct,behavior and reflection three levels deeply analyzes the current smart TV in the shortcomings of the interactive level,and on the basis of the elderly smart TV interactive experience of three design strategy:physiological matching mechanism to promote feedback guidance,establish working memory reduce user logic burden and emotional principle improve user satisfaction.
