摘　　要：随着大数据技术的逐步普及,医院统计工作在大数据影响下工作模式发生了巨大的转变,不仅减轻了医院统计工作的强度和重复性,还减少了人为误差,提升了统计工作效能;借助大数据集成平台,通过精准化、动态化的统计分析,能快速有效地生成统计报表和各种分析图表,为临床诊疗、医院管理带来了便捷服务,提供了强而有力的数据支撑,为此,文章就大数据对医院统计工作的发展及管理带来的帮助展开论述,以利于医院可持续发展的规划。With the gradual popularization of big data technology,the working mode of hospital statistical work has undergone great transformation under the influence of big data,which not only reduces the intensity and repeatability of hospital statistical work,but also reduces human error and improves the efficiency of statistical work.With the help of big data integration platform,through accurate and dynamic statistical analysis,statistical reports and various analysis charts can be quickly and effectively generated,which brings convenient services for clinical diagnosis and treatment,and hospital management,and provides strong data support.Therefore,this paper discusses the effect of big data on the development and management of hospital statistics work,so as to facilitate the sustainable development of hospital planning.
