摘 要:分析了60万t/a气分装置存在的具体问题:(1)脱乙烷塔顶排放的乙烷气含有大量的丙烯,不能进行回收利用;(2)气分装置各个塔底没有相应的安全仪表;(3)气分装置各塔底使用的加热热源带油问题。针对以上问题提出了相应的解决措施:一是将乙烷气改至催化装置进行回收;二是上建相应的安全仪表联锁;三是上建旁滤除油设施。通过以上安全设计提高了装置本质安全,同时达到节能增效的目的。This article analyzes the specific problems existing in our company's gas separation unit:(1)The ethane gas discharged from the top of the deethanizer contains a large amount of propylene that cannot be recycled;(2)There is no corresponding safety instrument issue at the bottom of each tower of the gas separation device;(3)The heating source used at the bottom of each tower of the gas separation device is contaminated with oil.Corresponding solutions have been proposed to address the above issues:firstly,the ethane gas will be converted to a catalytic unit for recovery.The second is to build corresponding safety instrument interlocks.The third is to build side filtration and oil removal facilities.Through the above safety design,the intrinsic safety of the device has been improved,while achieving the goal of energy conservation and efficiency enhancement.
